The Hampstead Ramblers are a friendly group of people from different walks of life. Most of our members live in the London Boroughs of Camden and Islington but some come from other parts of London. They are attracted by the camaraderie and by our varied programme of walks, which take place throughout London and the southeast of England and range in length from less than 5 to 20 miles and in pace from slow to positively fast. We aim to have a walk on every Sunday and on most Saturdays, together with a few on weekdays, mainly Wednesdays. We also organise an annual four-night New Year break; a week-long holiday in the summer and the occasional weekend break.
